Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship using tracked delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, ActiveMist may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
This allows you to follow your delivery journey until it arrives.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
ActiveMist cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Investigations with couriers may take several working days to complete.
International Shipping
At this time, ActiveMist primarily ships within the United Kingdom.
International shipping options may be introduced in the future as the brand expands.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
ActiveMist cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
If a parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only.
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
ActiveMist cannot guarantee delivery dates once a parcel has been handed to the courier.
